Poor service
Order came, more precisely, a cat cage to the post office, but it didn't have the color I had chosen before - pink, but blue. I called the 110.shop customer service phone. The woman kindly answered me that in my case I have to write a letter to the e-mail [hide] @ 110.shop with my complaint and send pictures of the product, where it is clear that the product does not have the appropriate color. I sent a letter to this e-mail address, wrote that the color of the product does not match what I ordered and sent pictures. The answer came that I will be contacted within one working day and provide an answer, but 4 days have passed since June 29 and I have not expected any answer. Order number-4714814
