Unprofessional Activity
Being hungry, I decided to run into McDonald's quickly to grab some burgers and fries. Using an interactive whiteboard, I ordered Big Tasty burgers and large fries. I waited and received my order, everything was very good and fast, a big plus for the staff. I was in a hurry home, so I didn't look at what I put in the bag, and basically it had never been done before. When I got home, it turned out that instead of the Big Tasty burger, Big Macs have been put in, which, if I'm not mistaken, is cheaper. Understandably, everyone can make a mistake and we are all human beings: although due to the fast pace, the staff did not pay attention to the name of the burger. I am writing this, say, complaint so that no one else will meet like me. Check the item ordered on the spot before leaving.
