Incorrect protocol preparation
Traffic police officer Leo S. , who on Wednesday, 13. 10. 2010, had been working in the Teika district with his brigade (or alone) deliberately chose a particular car (among 10 more of the same) that was parked in the courtyard of the house with a climb to the green area. When drawing up the minutes at 22:35, another machine number and vague, illegible text about the violation were entered in it. There are two questions - 1) why is the protocol drawn up only for one specific car, despite the fact that up to 10 cars stood in the green area of the yard? Is it done on purpose? (I do not dispute the violation, but I condemn the actions of a police officer!) 2) before reading employees in such positions, could it be checked how legibly they write? There are no doctors, it is clear to them that the handwriting is limping, because a lot of text has to be written, but now a few letters to write clearly... ?! Stupid! But that's how life worked with us!
