Customer Service

I'm amazed at G4S. It's a nightmare. Customer service is simply catastrophic. Be the first to read the contract you sign. Call the second person and ask if you do not owe them otherwise, for not receiving an invoice (and this is only normal considering how Australian Pasts works) you will get to pay more debt collectors. Also, do not intend to leave the window open in ventilation mode. You will pay as per the call if the alarm goes off. God forbid anyone to experience this nightmare. It will probably change its name again soon so as not to lose customers.
