I was told you were sending Replacements and they havent come. How do I check on the status of this?

Replacement tracking?

I cant get any response? Thru phone or email. Im expecting a replacement dryer( rapido) but never got any tracking info.
This company promised a replacement for a non working tool that was 2 days old. I tried it, supply house would not exchange for this reason. I sent a pic of a cut cord on the original, This was requested by company. Promising a replacement. Still waiting, this was back in the beginning of May. Never heard... Read more➤
My iron won’t stay on. I called the customer service line and I was hung up on twice by the same extremely rude staff members.. User’s recommendation: Terrible customer service….. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
I won my Clippers through a contest at work an the Clippers will not hold a charge through a whole haircut. I’m very disappointed in this. I don’t have access to the receipt to get them fixed also. To expensive to have these kinda thing happen. User’s recommendation: Well need a back up pair.
