Terrible service and attitude towards the buyer!
Three weeks ago I bought a scooter, drove the first 500km, obeyed the instructions and took it to the dealer service to change the oils. I'm not at all angry that instead of the planned 1-2h maintenance (oil change), I was presented with the fact that I would be 4h. Then after 4h I called the service, said that I could drive back, when I left, then I waited on the spot for 2h. After receiving the scooter after the maintenance, together with the service person, we found that the "Check engine" warning light on the panel came on in case of an electrical failure, to which the service person replied that it was nothing serious, come to the next maintenance and then see an electrician.Well, after a week, it all ends with the scooter stopping in the city center in heavy traffic and with an empty battery - the manufacturer has not planned any other way to start! When I called the service center again to get my vehicle to the test (without telling about the difficulties, how I got it back to life), I was told that I could only see it in a week and without any other options! Simply the attitude is terrible, does not take into account the wishes and needs of customers, time planning - "0"! Art is not just for sale! I don't recommend working with this business!
