Fraud with product delivery dates
In this year's 4.12 Rd online store, I purchased a computer and monitor plus delivery (order # 1238413). Delivery was promised on 11.12., I was convinced of that several times. Then I received the message that the delivery will be 15.12. I am not satisfied with it, because I had already promised to present these goods as a gift on 12.12. I received a reply to my e-mail (albeit with a delay) that rd could not change the delivery time. I think rd, not me, has already changed the delivery time. I believe that this is a deliberate fraud on the part of customers - to promise what you cannot do. Aivars Broks.
