Bad Attitude
Hello, unfortunately I also have a bad experience with this kindergarten, "winnie". I am hired, with a smile, kindly and everything is in order, as well as I do my job with the greatest joy and a sense of responsibility towards children. But it so happened that after almost 2 weeks of work I had to open a sick leave due to back problems. The procedures had to go through five working days. The first procedure is on Friday, and of course no one will do it for me on holidays, because the ambulance is closed. Then the other 4 procedures remain for the next week, which is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I realized that it was not nice to just start work and immediately open the sick page, but what else to do if I could not get out of bed. I went through four procedures in total. I put peace of mind so that I could return to work sooner. Skipping the last procedure scheduled for Thursday. I closed the sick page on Wednesday and was happy to go to work on Thursday.After two hours of work, the management asks me to talk. I already felt that something would not be right. And I was right. The agreement on the termination of the employment contract was put on the table, and the only explanation I received was that we were coming back from the babysitter, we will unfortunately not be able to keep you.
