Poor Service
I arrived on the 10th to buy your flea remedy at the blue clinic. Returning home, I found that the packaging was empty. The next day I decided to go back to this clinic to exchange this same product only with its composition inside. Telling the administrator the situation and asking to change the product gave me a hundred answers - It's your fault that the product is not inside and if you do not like something you can not come to us at all. I got mad at this answer. I would like the management of Kavet Ltd. to take care of the quality of customer service on the part of employees. I will follow the advice of the administrator and the authority will not change... Change product arrived on 11.05.2019 around 13:00.
