Complaint: Given a very smoky car when we requested a non-smoking car because of medical reasons, husband is allergic to smoke, coughing very badly, need the car replaced. We were told that no other cars are available! User’s recommendation: Do not use Avis.
I had two reservations. I canceled one and got charged a $50.00 fee. Rip off!! Never using Avis again. Avis Wizard# 7QR34C User’s recommendation: Make sure you read the fine print.

After the cinema and our family, we decided to send Gan and Alfa. First of all, when we entered the restaurant, no one paid attention to us, even though we were in the middle of the hall.
