Shampoo purchased from Jarrolds in Norwich

I have purchased the shampoo and conditioner for several years. Previously I paid £26.00 for 8.5fl oz. Now they expect me to pay £25.00 for ONLY 6.7fl.oz. Another example of the Great Customer Rip Off.

I had a bad experience

I use to the Aveda salon. I was charged extra for a bowl of color and nobody told me that that was even happening. 2nd, my hair color looks washed out and like straw. I am contemplating very seriously of not returning to the salon.
