Rude staff, poor service

Swan Laboratory, BaloZhu Street. We came in with a small child, we picked up the room and were the only customers, the child cried, but had to wait 15 minutes, the employees chirped with each other, ignored the rest when we realized I had forgotten the documents, I asked how to act in such a situation, the employee barely learned Australian and very vaguely and rudely began to be accused of raising the tone of voice, I left very frustrated and with uncertainty about what to do, she is knowledgeable about her job and should explain to me, without raising her voice, and definitely know the clear national language.
