2019. In December, towards the end of the term, we decided to exchange my SwedBank Maestro card for a MasterCard. I was very surprised when I was refused to accept the newly made new MasterCard (classic card) "Alfa": "XS toys", "Gili pizza", "Benu aptieka" and "Depo". On December 20, SwedBank will visit the Alfas branch with its problems. The customer service administrator acknowledged that there had been a lot of work in August, but was very investigated that the card was not working directly. Exchanged me for a new one at no extra charge. I received the new card on January 3, 2019. Without delay I went to try them at "Benu aptieka". The seller, apparently with experience with these cards, announced that it was a sign and explained to me what specifically this card is different from normal. Immediately I went to the bank branch, where I met the same administrators. He showed a genuine surprise that this new card is not working, and again straight to me. The only thing he could suggest is to try this card again somewhere... Statoil didn't know about this card yet.After an unsuccessful attempt to read the information with the contacts, it did so from a magnetic stripe. This time SwedBank cards are common for them. Maybe SwedBank lives in parallel reality and doesn't know what's going on with his cards and the remaining customers in the meantime.
