Poor service
Not satisfied with the new postal regulations if the foreign sender of the parcel has not specified the full name and the parcel is not issued. Substantiating that I have to prove my identity. When I claim to have a passport, I answered that it is not enough for the sender of the package to confirm that I have ordered it. Where is the logic? Does anyone send something to someone like that if it is not ordered and paid for?! And how else should I prove my identity? Dns analyzes need to be done or? And then what is a person's main identity document if not a passport? The crown of all is that they are better prepared to send a shipment back than to deliver it. I pay for the product, order and as a result what? Who is responsible for this marasma? I now have to correspond with the sender, ask for a confirmation, look for where to print the document to get what I have ordered? Australian Post is not ashamed of your work? It's all happening at the Broceni city post office.
