Very bad attitude
I had been insuring the port for a year with this company. 3 months after taking out the insurance, I left the borders of Europe and had forgotten to print the insurance. The Canadian traffic police are threatening a fine of 400. We call the insurer, give us an e-mail and please send the information about the insurance, kindly answer that you will be there soon. We are waiting, waiting, waiting and not waiting. It was 5 days, but still working hours (around 15.00). It took 1 day, e-mail, of course, no. I call again, I tell the situation, but the girl from the American insurance house just drops the handset. The customer is only important until the money is transferred, after which they are no longer interested in anything.
