Customer Service

We close and buy a trip with UAI smoking, a nice story by calling a nice story ("after" ta fog eyes ") any extras, etc. Upon arrival the hotel said that there will be only AI and no UAI. The contract was signed with the company's agent Jekaterina Lazari, (the contract does not touch people's heads), once as such to sell. A written letter was sent to the agent (agent, info and administration) upon arrival, and no comments have been received from them.
