Poor service, poor quality product
In the online store, we ordered hug star pillows with lights for children for Christmas, but the next day it was a great experience for children, because the pillow no longer has lights. I ordered the product online, I turned to the nearest store in Melbourne Mall with a question, how can I exchange the purchased product. The seller said to send the goods back by mail. Since the children really liked these pads, I decided to buy new ones on the spot, to which the seller even said very unkindly that I definitely buy the pads because I don't want to send the previous ones back in the mail and I will exchange the new ones with a check. Unkind attitude, the product is made of very poor quality, because when we opened the discarded pillows at home, we concluded thatthat the wires are attached to the button with hot glue and like a child loves the pad, the wires are missing... Needless to say, the pads bought a second time did not work the next day...
