(such information is not available on the website www.aio.info), when sending this specified product to aio.info it appears that there are 2 more such products! I wonder, of course, why the price of this computer doesn't change, if the package is open, because I, as a consumer, have no information about whether the product will be intact! Claiming that everything will be fine, the call is finally over. I ask: Will the courier be given my phone number, because I talked that the delivery will be 9:00, of course, after which there was a refusal, angry if i didn't claim in advance that can deliver 9os in the morning! Then next: Asking if I can get the product as soon as I pick it up on Tuesday! What was the answer, did you transfer the money to us? Answering that I had done it an hour earlier, I was told that I would send an e-mail with a payment order to [hide] @ aio.info, because the manager does not want to ask the accountant about one paid invoice! Of course I did, but I started to wonder if the product from the "showcase" could be new! When contacting my IT specialists, I found out that the product from the Showcase should be cheaper, and that the laptops from the open unopened screen damaged something there.. (I am not a computer specialist so I can not comment)! Then I call back to the sim number and ask if I received my e-mail, to which of course there is a negative answer that I have not received anything, forwarding e-mails 3 more times while maintaining a conversation with this online store! I am receiving my e-mail with a payment order! Asking how I will be refunded for shipping, etc., that I should write an application and then in a few days it will be returned! finally I think about the call, etc. call again or really can not give a new product and not from the stand to which the answer was negative (nothing was mentioned about the reduction of the product price) After this conversation I said that I still want to cancel this order because I have no confidence that this product will be in good condition! Later I received an e-mail with the following text: Hello, after the last phone call we agreed that we will return the money to you because we cannot offer the new product - not from the stand. I thought that the goods in the online stores are new, but as you can see, no, what would happen if they sent me this product without saying anything? and the product would be damaged after 2 weeks? Of course, I would be to blame... When I received this e-mail, I remembered that I had been confronted with this company before: When ordering cartridges from them, paying their prepaid bill, we received the product several days later and two days we were unsure whether we would receive it or not.!
