Poor service
In my opinion, an example of a very bad practice in customer service: the administrator calls the exam on the day and asks if he could go to this procedure. arrive a little sooner. When I promise that I will try to arrive as soon as possible, our conversation ends. After arriving at the clinic, it turns out that this call to try to arrive sooner has served as a reason to postpone the appointment, now, it turns out that I missed my visit. And the doctor is gone.. Sadly.. Spoiled working day.
