19.05. I took my phone to this service because the phone fell into the water. The phone was quickly pulled off and the battery removed. The phone does not work dynamic. I decided not to risk taking it to the service to see how seriously everything is taken to the service in an hour. I was told in 2 days time to contact me and tell me if it is repairable and how much it costs. It took 3 days for anyone to contact me. I waited for a new week, I tried to call myself and of course it also failed, I don't understand the joy of having an administrator sitting there if I can't answer the call. So I called them after 3 days and he replied that the wine had no information and would hand over to the master to contact me. That did not happen either. Aprieba already wait and 29.05.I went to the service and told if the wines didn't have time to fix it to return the phone. Said that the phone will shut in half and will be ready by Monday. I say tell me the cost. The administrator went to the master and it said that the mat does not work and if you can fix it costs 70-80 € if you can't fix it then you have to order a new plate and it costs 160 € for Galaxy s4 mat plate. I said thank you but I wouldn't pay that money and pick up the phone. In the end it turned out that the phone needed to just hang up and for 10 days the phone dried up and thank goodness everything works. Incomprehensibly masters work there. I do not recommend going to this service just for scams.
