I do not recommend this office to anyone. We charge to repair the washing machine as a guarantee. The master arrived, replaced the damaged part. Communication is practically zero with the master, because he does not speak english. After using the machine a few times, it started to fade - it works, it doesn't work, then it works again. We called the office to make a correction. They collected the washing machine and took it to their office, held it for a week and told us that there was no fault, she worked and brought it back. At home, when you turn on the car, you are tired again - one day you work, the other day you don't, and so on. The call is answered again to check the electricity, because it may be to blame. Everything is in order with electricity, everything as needed. Call to send a master. Promised to order a new part again, wait.We are now waiting for more than a month. Calling them and asking if the part has arrived, they answer that they will contact us within a week. And so no one has called us yet... It is suspected that it is time consuming, because repair under warranty is not beneficial for them.
