A trip was purchased in June, which GoAdventure canceled less than a month before departure without explaining why. They were offered to fly from Tallinn Airport on another date, to which the question of who would pay the travel expenses was that they would not. I refuse. An application was made for a refund of the advance paid, in which GoAdventure undertakes to return the money within 14 days. The money was not returned within the specified time. Emails sent to the email address have been ignored. The sender recorded the letter, plus another caller. I am talking to a person named Sanita. When asked whether to receive letters, it was answered that yes. Request when the money is returned, the answer was do not know. I said that 1.5 months have passed since then, going to court, to which I was told that it was my right. It will look like I can get my money back only by writing a lawsuit. The attitude is simply shameless!
