Terrible Seller Attitude
Yesterday I experienced an extremely unpleasant incident in the Amber store of Mary 1. When I entered the store, I saw two stands with booklets., I immediately approached the stand with information along the new line Future Formula for problematic skin (because I have been struggling with it since I was a teenager, I use Hit Sos from amber cosmetics). Since I still had to wait 5 minutes to get home, I stayed in the store and decided to look up more information about this line online on the phone. At this point, I began to roughly tie the store salesman, insulting me that I should not stay in the store. When I calmly tried to figure out exactly what he thought I had done wrong, he began to insult me that if I stayed here, I could steal something. When asked what exactly (in the corner where I stood, and several meters around, i.e. on the first floor of this store, there was no amber product), answered that booklets. Asked if the booklets were not meant to be taken (I picked up one), the salesman began to insult me in another, e.g. that we all (who we and all?) come in and out, the door slams and he is cold (the door was closed and there was no other customer in the store either before or after I entered). When I tried to say that I like the amber brand and that I find it interesting to read about the new line, I was roughly interrupted and insisted, let me go out. This salesman (on behalf of atis) offered me nothing to say or help me find the product, but practically drove me out of the store. I am shocked by this attitude. I have never experienced anything like this in any store in any corner of the world. I had not expected such a low level of service and professionalism from the amber brand. I have drawn the appropriate conclusions and will share them with others.
