Poor service

Today, 19.07.2018 dnb banka refused to open an account for me only because I have a ScandiBank account . According to the consultant, I do not need a second account, I can use a ScandiBank account. Also, the account could not be opened. Laredo branch, Zanda was an adept consultant who refused to open an account for me. This bank's service system was overwhelming.
