Poor service
Toll repairs a vacuum cleaner that had lost power after a fall. The vacuum cleaner was in the service for 3 weeks. When I brought the appliance home, I found that the power problems had not been resolved, when I called to complain about the poor service, I started to tell me that it was okay that I did not understand anything and all these years I had worked with a practically non-working vacuum cleaner and they fixed it.. After the conversation, I realized that the "masters" have only cleaned the awfully dirty filters, sorry, 30 CAD... I could have cleaned with all the dirty filters, if the device had been repaired. Prudent treatment of the customer, complaints are not taken into account, but something is interpreted. I'm going to ask to be repaired again
