Over the winter, I have accumulated a debt for electricity, which I paid in part if possible. On March 2, I received a letter from Paus Konsults regarding debt collection and the threat that my data will be included in the list of debtors. As his bill was different from my debt to Latvenergo, I continued to pay Latvenergo. In mid-March, all accumulated debt and default interest were paid. 29. 03. I again received a letter from Paus to @mail with an invoice of 7 AU$ for debt recovery expenses. I did not agree with this debt. On 06. 04 I received another letter for 17 AU$ (expenses for them increased by 61) and with the information that my data is now included in the list of debtors risk.org. I have a question about whether they are entitled to disclose my personal data, because in fact I have no debt. Do I have to pay them € 17? Or send...
