Delays delivery by a week

I ordered a shower enclosure on June 12 this year. So far I have received it. On the day of receipt, send a message with another delivery time. Now I promise to bring August 2. Is this normal? Where is the warranty when I receive August 2? The order was not written when the product is not in stock. And will have to wait for months. Manifesting people.
