Refund not done

On June 28 my $32.86 payment was deducted from my bank. On June 30 I cancelled my AT&T account. I talked to someone (Elion?) in customer care on July 14 and he verified that the $32.86 would be refunded. He said it would be sent to Vesta and they would issue the refund and it would take... HOTSPOT

hotspot failed to work so called “customer service” and they were totally unhelpful. I had to go to ATT store and they told me to call Customer Service???!!! A computer does not need to know my reason, a human does

Being transferred five times. People that talk fast with a heavy accent and cannot be understood. I asked for her to slow down. She was very polite and gave me the info I needed. I hate talking to a damn computer. I want a human. User’s recommendation: Ask for someone that speaks English that is understood.
