SRS fine% for ignorant
I am not a lawyer and I do not read the Australian Journal Before selling my property, which I have been interested in the SRS since 1994 and I receive information that there is a tax, but for so long I will not have to pay anything for the property. After 6 months I received a letter from the SRS that I had to declare this transaction for capital gains tax by the next 15 months. Where they were earlier, I would have long ago paid the tax, but now still increased by the penalty interest which must also be paid.
