Product defect

Such a "beautiful" magnetic board bought in the online store 110.shop had to be received by a child as a gift on his birthday. Of course, the store will excuse that it is a defect caused by the post office or the buyer himself. I can't judge the quality of the postal service, but from the post office to the home the product was transported like a raw egg, without the slightest damage.
