I have been having continued issues with signal dropping several times a day. I have tried to speak with someone other than customer service regarding these issues. I have had 3 guys check my internal wiring and have determined the problem to be on their lines. However, each time you call they want to send another guy...

The little black box that scrambles the channels is not working. We have been without access to our tv in the bedroom for a week. I have been on the phone for hours trying to speak to someone that has a voice. *** no, I wouldn’t recommend Atlantic Broadband to my horse. Linda

warranty repair
I have this situation. A year and a half ago I bought a mobile phone in the Motorola online store www.1a.info. Last September, I took my cell phone for warranty repair. When I received the phone from the repair, I found that the case of the phone was replaced (although it was not damaged), but when the case was put, the screws were tightened and cracks appeared in the mounting places. As far as the phone is water / dust resistant (it's very important to me) I asked to replace it, which they promise to replace. After about 2 weeks I get a call that the phone is ready. I return to the service and conclude that my old housing has been replaced, but the screws have been tightened again and have shown cracks in the mounting points again. I returned the phone. Since then I have been called 2-3 more times, that the phone is ready, but when I arrive - it is concluded that the case has not been changed. 2/21/2020 I submitted a request to exchange the phone, but today 12.03.2020. it was still neither rejected nor approved. As a result, the phone has a warranty repair of 6 months. I warmly recommend to think - whether to buy the product in the online store www.1a.info...
