rude, contemptuous attitude
Yesterday I visited the SRS Melbourne district department 'to find out about the possibilities of receiving a duplicate salary tax booklet, because the SRS I was unpleasantly surprised when I received a serious attack instead of an answer - what are you portraying here? Some other contemptuous remarks and comments were made, but I no longer listened to them. Is such a ritual of humiliation acceptable in a public institution, but the employee at Box 4 is given privileges to perform this ritual?
