Damage, poor service
In October last year, I bought a CAT S-50 phone from AuMobile for a fee. Less than a month later, the phone stopped working for the first time, I just can't hear me during a call. Turning on, off, and similar tricks don't help. Fee for phone warranty repair. Then began the most interesting. After three weeks it was returned with a note that no defect was found. The phone worked again for a while and stopped again. Toll repair. Only starting with the second time I asked the specialists of the customer service center to make sure about the defect, they noted it. I have already handed over the phone for repairs four times, repair specialists cannot find the defect. The last time the phone stopped working during a very important job call for me. Due to this defect, I had serious problems at work,because my job is servicing medical equipment. After this incident, I have not removed the telephone from the repair, I have written an application to AuMobile, in which I request to terminate the payment agreement, a written application to the Consumer Rights Protection Center with a request to terminate this agreement. AuMobile simply ignores me, does not acknowledge the defect. As far as I understand, I will have a very expensive nonsense school.
