do not want to give numbers

The situation is like this, I went to the Telstra page to pick up 4 connections for the company as an individual, there was never a connection to Telstra before and there was no debt anywhere and nothing bad in credit history has not been. So I chose 2 numbers at the beginning, specifically: 20000389; 28800083 about which Telstra employees contact me and delivery dates were made, later on the same day I picked 2 more numbers which were 27070200 and 20000667, the next day Telstra employees contacted me again and said that the applications have been canceled and the numbers will not be delivered to me, of course did not explain why and what was the case, only that it had been decided by some "security department". Funny that people are trying to become a customer but they take and pretend to deliver and everything will be ok, apparently someone didn't want to give away the specific numbers, maybe one of the employees liked it, because I see no other reason for it. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from Telstra it's a waste of time and in the end you won't get anything.
