Employee Attitudes

Today, for the first time, I encountered the attitude of a state institution! Call the SRS information phone and ask where to go for a tax refund and what must be taken with you. Of course passport, but it turns out that this info phone does not work as needed! When I leave today, I am asked where the printed forms for submission to the SRS have been printed!? I was surprised that the info did not mention it to me at all! Well, I have to go print it out again and go back. Some kind of nightmare!
