Defective phone sold!
Mate bought the phone and after about 10 days the sound disappeared (I didn't hear the person calling me). The employee sold the phone without the EQUIPMENT, without explaining that it is not possible to write in Australian on the phone, HAVE NOT completely provided information about the product. When I arrived 2 weeks later I was told that I could offer repairs, which I refused. I, in turn, offered to make an examination, but I was refused, then I offered to change the phone - but also sannemu refusal. Because the expertise I paid for itself confirmed the phone's internal defect. But AuMobile refused to refund me for poor quality goods and expertise! And the staff is very rude and aggressive, did not even try to help resolve the conflict.
