It’s been my third time staying at this hotel. The price and quality ratio is great. The hotel features everything one needs for a good stay. The metro station is situated in a 3 minutes walking distance. The grocery store is just around the corner. The staff was respectful and friendly. The only thins that made a...

Prices and rates
I went to visit my family on holidays. Of course, Ome tells the brightest events of the summer, she also complained about one of AuMobile's bills. Please show here. I use Telstra, so I wanted to compare tariffs. So, omei has a tariff plan "Call me", subscription costs 4, 90, it includes 30 free call minutes. When the minutes are spent, an "increased rate" is applied. Ome's bills fluctuate around 6-7 AUD, but one of the bills suddenly amounted to 29 AUD. 130 minutes agreed, we are shocked that he has not said anything more. I decided to call AuMobile and inquire about what happened. My call was answered by AuMobile operator Viktorija, who did not sound kindly kind and competent today. Explained that after 30 minutes you have to pay about 18 sant. I didn't want to talk to such an unpleasant being. The next day I thought about what I found out. Meets, if you multiply 100 minutes by 18, the bill is 18 AUD + 4, 90 + 22, 90, but not 29! I called again to find out why it would + consult for a better price. The guy whose name I don't remember anymore answered. I was hoping that perhaps, unlike Victoria, he would be able to explain why such a big bill, to which he replied to me, "Well, well... the service WAS used!" was why such a high tariff. I started to present my calculated amounts, to which I was afraid to answer: "You can use the service" printout of conversations "in one of the customer service centers!" It is a pity that the nearest customer service center is 30 km from Ome's residence. In addition, after a conversation with two incompetent AuMobile employees, they don't want to wake up such a piece of air at the third one. The guy made me wait 4 times during the 8-minute conversation, which does not indicate professionalism either. I started to be interested in a better tariff, but, you see, you have to pay for a subscription for a phone that is still 17 months old. I think ome won't want to pay any subscriptions, so I won't switch. But the conclusion is one: a poor pensioner will be cheated for money until Telstra improves the area or xMobile does not invent to make the service more accessible to the remaining 3% of the population, because there are no xMobile areas at all. but, you see, there is a subscription for a phone that is still 17 months old. I was also angry at the fact that everything at AuMobile is shown without VAT. I was really used to the fact that Telstra has never paid more than what is advertised and on the website. PS Telstra agreed 3-5 hours and I have not paid more than 8 AUD in invoices. I assume that xMobile is also much less profitable. Yes, I can still tell you that while the guy made me wait, I decided to record a conversation out of boredom, which we have already listened to and laughed at among my friends. If any of AuMobile wants to hear, give me a message, I'll be happy to share : )
