Fraud, no refund, delays
11/26/2018 During the year tehnoline.ca ordered a cooker hood, the store staff confirmed that it is available, it can be delivered within a few days, but full payment must be made. I also did it - I transferred 133 dollars + I paid 7 dollars for the delivery of the goods (I made a payment to lv50latb0002210086007). Promised to deliver within a few days, but did not do so. In the end, it turned out that the hood was no longer available, but promised to supply an equivalent hood by mid-January. I agreed to wait, but technoline.ca also failed to fulfill this promise. At the moment, I have asked for my 140 dollars to be reimbursed, but to no avail. The employee just makes me wait and it is not known when and whether I will recover my 140 dollars. Currently, the situation has worsened even more - a technoline.ca employee no longer answers phone calls if they are called from my phone number. My money has been at this online store for two and a half months now, I want it back! I do not recommend ordering items from this scammer.
