SRS
Reading other complaints about the State Revenue Service (SRS) only confirmed my thoughts on the operation of this institution. In my case, I received both vague and unkind service from the SRS. The feeling that all things about filling out declarations and tax matters are so self-evident that nothing needs to be explained, and when advice is sought, you get a rude shout and an angry look at the employee in return. As an honest citizen, I went to file my personal income tax return. As a result, I would have to get quite a bit of money from them. It took about 3 months and the news from them was not-called to find out what the case was. It turns out that I am not entitled to anything and still have to pay a penalty because a relative had not removed me from time. It is understandable that then I am not entitled to anything and have to pay some amount, but when asked what to do in such a situation, the answer was amazing. It turns out that I myself have to go write an application that the date on which I am removed from maintenance is changed! Absurd! It turns out that I do it the way I want to: D after writing this application, it turns out that I don't have to pay the penalty, but the person I was dependent on has to pay. The amount reached over 100 Ls. I ask why there has been no announcement that such an amount has accumulated and that the percentage is growing every day? I replied that I had to follow my own things! Isn't there really a need for a statement in this case? That was not the end of it. The relative left, filled in all the necessary declarations, the amount of money to be paid was calculated - as a result, the amount from the promised 100 dollars decreased to 40 Ls. (Pleasant) (Apart from the fact that I had to go to my Melbourne district branch several times, because at one time I couldn't tell what documents were needed) I agreed that I would not get the money from my declaration, but I am glad that everything is over until last year. week of receipt of the letter requesting clarification of the declaration. Is there a request in this letter to pay a penalty for incorrectly completing the declaration?! WHAT?! How can I have an incorrectly completed declaration if walking in to submit him checked and accepted that everything is in order. I called and asked - what's the matter? It turns out that the relative also had to change this date of maintenance here. and there is currently a situationthat either I pay this amount, which is 20 AUD and everything is in order (without changing the date of maintenance on the part of a relative here), or if he changes this date - I do not have to pay a penalty, I will get my money, which I had to write a declaration, but the relative will have to pay a penalty, which is more than 100 dollars! + he has already paid a part (by writing declarations in advance, the calculated amount is 40 Ls). So where is the proportionality at this point? Either a relative pays money at almost 200Ls, I get under 100Ls, or I pay 20Ls I lost them from the declaration? in my calculation also the difference between these activities is at least 60 Ls. I'm furious like a dragon. The easiest option is to pay them 20 AU$! but will it be more correct... And all this has lasted for more than half a year, because people who are not in their place are obviously working in the SRS. In my opinion, if there is work with people, then, accordingly, the attitude must be normal, and not the opposite is Fury, which cannot explain anything to the end.
