I would like to stress to all about the attitude of Sms Credit towards customers, we also add to long-term customers. I have already taken out a loan 3 times, all repaid on time, no problem, but here I have minor problems with money, and it is in my and their interest to repay this loan. but to the fact that I am having small problems, they answer me so unpretentiously and even quite unacceptably for such a company! In order for any customer's problems to be answered with dignity, not with the answer "the culprit itself, to borrow where to look for money think for yourself, if it is not done we will file a case for debt collection "Then, please, our company doesn't complain about how receptive you are that you can't even understandthat next month will be repaid credit, with all the penalty interest that you can count this month, please! All customers are placed in a trough, each time a different person is responsible, without even knowing the case, only the same, repay, the date on which the repayment is the same and the same and all the time the same. It wouldn't be anything if I didn't know that one picture is exactly the same, I see I'm not the only one. I will never borrow from this company again and I would definitely advise my friends not to do it either, because for me as an entrepreneur it is very important to have a welcoming attitude!
