Poor service

I am very, very dissatisfied with the service they offer. From the beginning, they deliver my pack to another person, in a completely different place, after a while resolving the situation, I got the pack. I didn't like the order, I ask the courier to pack it and send it back to the store, the courier does not arrive on the set day, it is not that every day at home I talk through customer service that another day will come. Another day arrives and we take the package. I keep track of tracking no. And nothing goes to joy. Call and service and they say the courier was called, but I did not give the package. What about a nightmare? Pay directly to the courier hand. The Sobrid packet is still not found, as sees I have not given. Since I am minus 145 dollars, the package composition / plus return shipping costs. So think before you use this service.
