Not working

Although you can submit a declaration for 2016 from today, the SRS EDS is not working and shows the text - Currently not for technical reasons the functionality of the Electronic Declaration System is available, except for switching to other systems. Sorry for the inconvenience. So why do you need such a page? And what are the technical reasons? The creators and maintainers of the site should not plan any technical improvements on March 1st. You should also be prepared for more visitors on that date. Disrespect for people.
