Poor service! 23.06.I wrote a question I want to know more about mattresses, (the advertisement does not mention how many cm thickness) Osuma bunk beds. After 2 days, I was answered only by copying what was written in the ad in bold. I was asked if I wanted to know the size, it took another 2 days and I was told that when I contacted the specialists, I would give a message. I called today, I was told to call back. It's been 1 week, 7 days and I haven't found out the dimensions. Of course I will send the bed to the children in another company. I'm not going to wait that long to find out the size of the mattress.
