Terrible service
I was today around 10:40 am in the main customer service center in Brisbane. At 6th Place. As a legal entity, I wanted to submit an application for the assignment of a VAT number (I first acted as a micro). Gave me a form to fill out, dropped it and told me to fill it out. I submitted the trail for the first time, then of course if there were any questions, then I asked, but in return I received: if you don't know what to write, then you don't write anything there. And I mocked loudly at myself, shouting that I was foolish. I understand, of course, that because of her I will be refused a VAT number because there were a couple of sections where I didn't know exactly what to write. Do such people really need to work in a customer service center!?
