Poor Service
Hello! On the afternoon of August 24, we placed a mobile order while standing in the Queue. The queue was quite long, and since we were in a hurry (4 people), we made mobile orders with the hope that we would get what we wanted pretty quickly. But it was the other way around... The girl who was behind us and ordered the last one at the checkout received food faster than we did with the mobile order. The seller put the checks at the safe and our orders were the last. I know mobile and drive in orders have advantages (preferences), but this time it wasn't. I have worked in a Burger King restaurant and know that mobile orders must be prepared as soon as it is received with the instruction immediately (we I hope that this will not happen again and that a nice follow-up will take place on Burger King Catholic Street in New York.
