Terrible customer service
I have never experienced such inadequate service in my life. I called the customer service center about five times in the last week. Each time I was greeted by a kind and dissatisfied woman who answered my questions in a very watery tone. As frustrated as I would have disturbed her rest and what I call her here at all. Really unkind service and attitude. There would be no need, never in life would want to call this institution again. Employees should think about their attitude and tone of voice. All as unkind as they would claim the status of worst customer service center, no doubt they would.
