Here I sent the following complaint to 110.shop, but of course, as expected, I received a letter that the complaint was sent. Message: Hello again! You cheated on me, not the only one, by placing items with a non-existent stock price on your website. When I ordered the product and paid for it, no one "noticed" that the product had such a price. Letters of confirmation came that the money has been received and executed, but after three days I am beeped from 110.shop, you have a call and I am told that it was a mistake for their promotion and that the money will be returned within 7 days, but it takes 7 days, no news .info, no product, no money. You were my favorite online store, but you will no longer use your services. And today, when I called your office, the employee told me in general, to read what is written on your website that the money will be returned within 30 days. So why do I have to suffer because of your negligence?! And in general, you yourself find out how much time you return the money in 7 days (that I promised), 30 days that your employee said, or 14 as written on your website. If nothing changes in the next few days, let's deal with it differently. cool.
