Waste of public funds!
I am a young entrepreneur and, to be honest, I am shocked at how difficult it was first to open a business and secondly. understand what to do with taxes and whether I do everything according to the law. I want to do everything honestly so that there are no difficulties afterwards, but seemingly the vid does not specifically answer my and other people's questions (I have talked to several people and everyone agrees) what needs to be changed? 1. Customer service by phone I have called several times and in 50% of cases they make me feel like a fool that I have called and I don't understand anything myself! I also don't know how to answer my questions and answer them by walking around, nor in direct answers. In the end, nothing is understood. I was lucky to find a cool accountant who can explain in human language. 2. Answers to emails by asking a simple question I get back a wod document with an average of 3-4 pages. Every time! What is it? What do you do? Those 3 pages definitely take 1-2 h to write and after reading nothing I want is still not exactly clear. It seems that everything vid is based on it not to help people, but to answer in a way to confuse people and get around the question. It's not normal! And I know that very well because I've lived in 3 countries!
