The courier's answer is that 110.shop has given them this arch in such a look without packaging and even without accompanying documents, not knowing where to go. Of course, I refused the product seeing what it looked like. Calling 220. US with a claim - the answer is that it is normal to receive a product without packaging.Is it really possible to "put in" anything when sending goods from an online store to a buyer? Product does not have to meet the criteria for a new product?
