The website of the State Labor Inspectorate has a telephone number where you can get a free consultation by calling. It's because this toll-free phone is busy all the time, but most likely SLI employees just ignore phone calls to that number. But in the legal department of the SLI there are electricians (according to them), who, of course, are not competent to give consultations and do not do it either. So again, we are faced with the trend when public authorities are reluctant to co-operate with the public and face various obstacles, even though co-operation would fall within the responsibilities of this institution, as in the case of the SLI.
